At Hack Athletics, we are committed to your peak performance; if your gear isn't the perfect fit for your training, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of purchase. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Gear

  Place your items back in their original packaging, ensuring all equipment and apparel are securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Ship

  Download your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
